  1. Hey JB! 👋 Thank you! I haven’t been checking in before bedtime lately, but here I am and it’s Magic Star Day *AND* GLYSB Day💃🏼🎶🥳🎉Woot Woot!

I’m going to sleep with a smile on my face😆 (boy, that could be taken in a different context 😉😂😂)

Catch ya on the Sunshine side!💌💌

    1. Hey Kritika, thank you and wishing you a lovely Monday afternoon and evening and a fabulous week ahead … indeed scene 3 – it’s getting hotter 🙂

  2. Good morning Rory!
    My day so far;
    Early morning mist
    Tasty coffee and toast
    Relaxing walk
    Green and colorful garden
    Lovely conversation with my granddaughter

  3. Hi Rory,
I’m already a step ahead in describing the day in five senses. I’m doing a fitness programme first thing in the morning and for the past five days it includes a balance routine to improve sense of balance. Today’s was standing on one leg, alternately, with eyes closed for 1 minute. I have to repeat it twice for each side. It’s bloody hard! 😆

Actually, it’s just occurred to me that’s two senses – balance and negative sight. Only three left.

    1. Hey Ian, l am familiar with the standing on the leg for one minute with eyes closed, l used to do something similar a few years ago with Suze in the morning on her yoga. 🙂

      Three left – now there’s a challenge 🙂

      1. It turns out quite easy. I heard some great music on the Gilles Peterson show while running today. I felt a sense of pain cracking my shin stepping over a stone stile. But I saw some nice scenery along the way.

  4. Good morning Rory ☺️ The daffodils are lovely and they remind me of small speakers tpfrom which the music comes 🌼✨! Marvelous music for a Monday 🎶. My day has just begun so I will ponder the question… so far, sleepy.. 🙃. Thank you, and May your own day be quite magical. ☺️🌱🌷

    1. Good afteroon Suzanne and a good morning to you oh sleepy one 🙂

Glad you enjoyed the line up 🙂

I look forwards to reading your day in 5 senses, perhaps even in poetical form 🙂

        1. It was a brilliant yellow kind of day
Where there’s more than you can see all at once
          Salty more than sour
As the minutes turned to hours
Thorns reached out to take a bite here and there
But at least there was the scent of laughter in the air
Above and Beyond each of these there was the music…and it was divine. ☺️🎶

I guess I could add a few more senses but I think these will quite do, thank you 😊

  5. Hey Bruce – I really like I Still Haven’t Found What I’ve Been Looking For, but the version by Ronan Keating and Brian McFadden 🙂
