Hey MaSadje, good morning to your evening l should imagine now. Yes, we have had a lot of overnight rain this week and some spreading into the mornings. Yesterday was a later walk start time, and we enjoyed some blue skies with lots of grey overhand, and very cold. Today another later start, but it rained all through the walk.
I hope you have better weather tomorrow. But you walked so that’s a plus!
Yes that’s my philosophy Sadje – l have walked, two circuits is still 6000 steps, plus l am doing lots of stuff in the house to today to at least hit my basic 13,000 steps – that keeps the Fitbit from having a fit!. I am on 9,100 now, with exercise routines and the bike riding, l’ll hit the 13k easily.
Wonderful!! I am short of a mile on my 6.2 mile target. It’s been a busy day with me looking after my granddaughter, a very handful 1 3/4 years old. Her mom is not feeling so good.
Oh the wonderful nearly twosomes .. they are indeed a handful. Good luck with that little bundle, sorry to hear mum not so well.
She is a naughty bundle of mischief and energy. Her mom is showing symptoms of cold and that always takes her down. Anyway I’m glad she came over to our place where there is help available.
