  1. Happy Sunday! Interesting mix of music today… I like it!🎶💃🏼

I blog because I enjoy it. It’s my “social life” and I enjoy reading the thoughts and stories of others.

The only reading I do is posts and a few news articles. Haven’t read a book in forever… since March at least. Biggest percentage. I do offline games maybe 5%… no tv or movies, 10% music, 15% outside… so 70% reading blogs & news articles

    Yes

    No

Deliberately hypersensitive… ready to be offended.

I wore my Batman onesie pajamas when it wasn’t Halloween. I wore them over to the corner market… I don’t consider it weird but other people might.

Catch ya in the sunshine side🤗🥰

    🌊🦄💫🧸💌

    1. The onesie doesn’t surprise me in truth … l mean, who in their right or even left mind would challenge a six foot you let alone a six foot batman orientated onesie wearer?

  2. Thank you Rory! Your music choices are spectacular, as usual 🤗 I hope you are feeling better! XO Lisa

  3. Why do you blog and continue to blog?

It’s a question I’m asking myself a lot, Rory. I think it’s the easiest medium for writing. But the question for me is, is that a good enough reason?

Keeping the following in mind – of 100% which % ‘s would you allocate to each of the forms of personal entertainment below and you taking part in them monthly?
    Reading: (books) about 30mins every day – 15hrs 15%
    Watching Films: about 4 per week – 25hrs 25%
Listening to Music: I’m trying to do more, say 1 hour daily – 30hrs 30%
Television Viewing: it’s on (my wife watches) but I don’t concentrate on it much.
    Online Gaming: none
Offline Gaming [Puzzles etc.]: rarely – I do crosswords if there’s a prize offered but I’ve won nothing.
Walking/Exercising/Outdoor Activity: I try to walk once every two weeks for 2-3hrs if I’m not busy; I try to run twice a week 1 – 1.5 hrs; I used to cycle, will pick this up again next year. – say 10hrs. 10%
Cooking: I probably prepare most of our evening meals, 5 hrs weekly – 20hrs 20%
(it wasn’t planned but luckily it added up to 100 hrs!)

Is society becoming stupider or just lazier?

It’s a lazy perception to believe society is becoming stupider. 😁
    I really don’t know.

Is there such a thing as being too inked or having too many tattoos?

I don’t understand tattoos. I thought they were done out of boredom, like convicts in prison, or seamen on board ships. Though I think everyone should watch Rod Steiger in The Illustrated Man (or read Bradbury’s novel).

Do you think some people deliberately try to be too hypersensitive to life or have people as a whole simply become overly sensitive naturally?

The pendulum of feeling always swings too far in each direction in its attempt to balance calmly in the middle. Nature plays its part but society makes the rules.

What is the strangest outfit you have ever worn in public – deliberately as opposed to a prank, dare or a joke?

I don’t think I’ve ever been that deeply into fashion, nor have I been a follower of any youth group-think like punks, or new romantics, so I’ve been sartorially inconspicuous all my life.

    1. I ask myself the very same blog question.

I based the question of tattoos Ian on Rod Steiger’s performance in that film and Maud Adams and Bruce Dern in Tattoo.

Thanks for answering the questions 🙂

  4. Well goodness aren’t I boring – mentally answered your questions – and came up with Reading:98%, Tv: 1% Cooking:1%. As for blogging, it’s just my on-line journal which a few (very few) people also read. I write to clear my mind and clarify my thoughts.

  5. I blog because I enjoy it. It fills a void and I can be creative.
    My other activities-
    Reading – 50
    Watching Films – 0
Listening to Music – I listen to music while I read, online gaming, exercise, cook, etc.
    Television Viewing – 5
    Online Gaming – 5
Offline Gaming [Puzzles etc.] – 0
    Walking/Exercising/Outdoor Activity – 30
    Cooking – 10

    Society is becoming lazier
Too many tats are not flattering
Perhaps, some people deliberately vie for attention any way they can and others – depends on what’s happening.
Strangest outfit – Not my style

Have a great rest of the day, Rory!

      1. Rory: I honestly do not know…lol..I think you have to stick your email in somewhere…maybe? heck, now I have to go look and see.

      2. okay..it seems one either has to log in or suscribe in order to comment. Subscription would be easiest…just change the notifications if you don’t want an email each time I post some drivel.
