  1. What happened to the weekend? I could swear it’s still Saturday! Wouldn’t you think time would be dragging instead of moving full speed ahead?

Good morning! Have an awesome week because it sure won’t be long before next week is here and then November. Ah, I just realized why time is speeding up. I’m still behind on Christmas shopping!

      1. Hi Rory. I am always alone for Christmas but my kids and grands come the day after. I had the misfortune of being born at 2:00 am on Dec. 26, so the family celebrates with their in-laws on Christmas and visit me the day after. This year however I’ve told them not to come because there are several active cases f virus in my building. I’m currently looking for another place with better security and fewer roaches. .Getting so tired of trying to keep ahead of the insect population.

How about you? Making any plans?

        1. Wow, that must be unnerving to have covid in such closer proximity.

I am not really Christmas orientated, and with Suze and the cancer, we opted to celebrate it properly next year – for me it’ll just be another day this year 🙂

          1. I’m hoping I can find another place to live before Christmas, but pickin’s are slim around here. How is Suze doing? I can’t seem to get online very often lately and with the changes WP made I’ve opted to take a sabbatical from posting until I can write something and post it without tearing my hair out and uttering several unladylike words. I guess thanksgiving and Christmas both will be just another day in december and november. I’ll celebrate when and if I can find another apartment and get out of this buiilding!

          2. Hey Angela, well for your sanity l hope you manage to find something quick, sad though that you don’t have a great deal of choice – that is l think fast becoming an international issue.

Suze is doing ok, she got through her chemo bouts and she is through those, she did experience side effects and is still experiencing those. Her next journey will be the hardest we feel – combined radio and chemo therapy, two weeks day in day out is starting on the 26th.

          3. I’m praying for her. I had several patients who went through all of that when I was working for Hospice and it tears my heart out that she has to do this. Give her my love.

          4. I will do Angela, thank you – every time someone sends her a hug, when Suze is here l go to the hug jar and see who has sent hugs and give her all of their hugs at once 🙂

          5. Best of luck to you both Rory. I’ll be thinking about you on the 26th and saying extra prayers for both of you. Not an overly prayer person but for some special people I say some. Hugs to you both.

  2. Hey JB! I hope you have a Marsvelous MooooonDay. Can’t go wrong with the Chairman Of The Board🎶💃🏼 I do love Sinatra!

I’m glad the weekend is over, is was kinda bonkers. The GLYSB comes at 7:30am PDT 🚍👋💃🏼✨🌠 but I have my pump fill at 9am🤷🏼‍♀️ gotta get my pump filled ya know…

I’m trying to catch up, but I think I should sleep.

  3. Fang you very mush (in my best Elvis impersonation), and the same to you and yours (hope Suz is still doing okay and your groin works through the issues).

  4. Splendid Sinatra moments, Rory! A very happy Monday to you, and thanks for the Monday mention! It is, indeed, a great start to the week 😉
