Oh! You Pretty Things – Melanie, Stephen, Chris and Lisa allow me to wish you all A Jolly Good Morning – now l don’t wish to put you under any pressure – but given the choice would you like to hear some classics from the Golden Years of the 70’s and forwards from there also?

You’re not novices to that period nor Absolute Beginners but it does no harm at all to occasionally play the role of Rebel Rebel does it? After all you are the Guest Stars of Friday so you can all prance around with your own Dance and today is about Hello and not about Goodbyes!

Have a totally awesome day!

  1. I was in a hotel room when I found out Bowie died. Younger and I had just been to a Red Wings NHL game up north, and I was scrolling through my phone, relaxing after the game. A brilliant artist and a sad loss. He left us some fantastic tunes!💃🏼🎶

Have a Fantabulous Friday, JB! 🌊🦄💫🧸💌

  2. Honoured, sir… and a happy Friday to you, Rory 🙂 Love, love, love David Bowie!

But yes, of course I’m a child of the 70s. How about a bit of reggae before I revisit my inner punk… or soul/funk?
‘No Woman, No Cry’ by Bob Marley (actually all of Bob’s tunes), ‘Uptown Top Ranking’ by Althea and Donna and ‘Walking on Sunshine’ by Eddie Grant.
