Questions
What can you break even if you don’t touch it? (yes there is a real answer to this. I’ll reveal it in the next week sometime. Still, answer how you would like – no right or wrong answer)
I am pretty sure the answer to the riddle is a promise ………
……….. which are broken all the time.
What’s the most useful thing you own?
Without a shadow of a doubt it is my desktop PC, with a close second runner up being my iPad. I should imagine others might answer with their mobile phones with an emphasis on Smartphones. If that isn’t any good, the first thing would be my brain.
What’s The Silliest Reason You’ve Ever Gotten Into A Fight With Someone Over?
A skunk chewing up my birth certificate. My ex partner at the time said it was the skunk’s divine right to chew up my certificate and l said it wasn’t the point! The point was that my ex partner had deliberately put a skunk on to my desk and allowed the skunk to rip up my paperwork and my wallet and chew my BC! The fight was over the inappropriate behaviour of said skunk.
If You Were A Snake, How Long Would You Want To Be? No, size does not matter
Is this like when is a door not a door?
When it’s ajar!
As to the length of the snake? Oh l don’t know, long, short, thin, chubby, grass, rough, slow, fast …. if l am a snake does it matter?
Gratitude and/or uplifting? Please share. We can all use some of those.
Funny but candid answers !
Wow, a skunk! Must have gone to a lot of trouble to get one.
Not really, when that incident happened was 2008 and at that time l was importing skunks from Europe … but the skunk in question was a pet of my ex partner’s and had no place on my desk 🙂
Okay, that makes it easy to understand.
Very rude to put ANY critter within reach of your important papers, let alone a skunk. VERY RUDE!!
I’ve had a 6′ Burmese Python, a 5′ California King Snake, and Younger’s 5′ Corn Snake… I prefer the King & Corn snakes to the python. Not that having the python wasn’t nice, but the smaller snakes are easier to handle.
I AM talking about snakes🐍😂
I agree some snakes are much easier to handle, length is not always everything, sometimes just the attitude is 🙂
Skunks are a great way of enforcing social distancing
Oh yes, that is something that is a natural predation for them 🙂
Thank you so much Rory for Sharing Your World!! That skunk was certainly the most unique fight story I’ve heard. My sister in law, as a child, had a pet skunk (de-skunk scentified of course). I hope that skunk on your desk didn’t have a spray either. O_o No wonder that person is an “ex”!! Promise was exactly the answer the quiz question people were looking for as it happens, although I got a plethora of interesting answers that weren’t ‘promise’. Have a great week Rory and thanks again! 😀
Hey Melanie, oh yes it was indeed a descented skunk and l am grateful had it been intact with the fight that ensued with me trying to get back my BC, l would have been sprayed. The skunk bit through all sorts of things that day – living with skunks is hell! Think puppies chew time for ever!
That snake makes me giggle! 😄
I know it has a kind of …’look’ doesn’t he, she 🙂
Yes! I’m imagining a very particular kind of voice he/she might have. 😂 almost like a muppet 😊
🙂
