    1. Hey Suzanne 🙂

Yeah, it’s not bad, went for a nice long walk this morning – will cover that route again in a couple of weeks – and am now making deep blog changes – how are you and what do you have planned for today?

      1. A morning walk is a good way to start things. I will go for one soon. I am on the swing now. Tend to some things in the yard. Listen, to the wind, it’s very talkative this day. And eat some cookies 🍪🙃😊

  1. Good afternoon JB! Are your feeling sour or sassy today?
Here at Casa Cuckoo, things are a little chaotic. Normal for this time of day…between the Bounce and when the meds ramp then amp down…
    Sending hugs!💌💌

  2. Thank you so much for the great tunes! We all enjoyed them, Oliver serenading us as we listened to the music and Bud and I reminiscing. We didn’t meet until 1995, so still have some individual experiences during the earlier years that we haven’t discussed previously. For instance, I just discovered today Bud was sent to Cambodia during 1962, when he was in the Marines. Evidently, that was the first of the involvement by the USA in Vietnam (which they are still not calling a war?) I guess we will never know the real Truth of all that, huh?

Never noticed before how different the energy of the tunes back then were, compared to now. They seem so laid back and mellow in comparison – even the protest songs, like “For What It’s Worth”, for instance! 🙂 Interesting observation, no matter how old you get, there’s always something new to discover.

It’s been an especially nice week for us, having your 60’s music selection to enjoy during our lunchtime. And we do appreciate your making this possible, Rory! Oh, and Bud really like “The Dude” comment! Made his day, for sure! 😊

Hope you have enjoyed your day as well and have an especially nice Sunday!

    1. Hey Betty and Bud and the Featherlies [l say the featherlies now as opposed to the just the Featheries because it reminds me of the Everly’s 🙂

Thank you for the shared information ..of course when is a war not a war? When it is Vietnam.

Glad it made your day and super glad you have had a great week enjoyment 🙂

      1. Oh, what a nice connection for the “Featherlies”! We like that!
It’s so funny! Sounded like Oliver just said, “We really do!” 😄 🎶🐦
