Deranged, Panic in the Streets, The Walking Dead, It Comes At Night, The Host and Bird Box

Here’s the final part of our epidemic, pandemic, outbreak and end of society as we know it today line up with our final six players. A lot of zombies feature in these films, and whilst that may well be considered purely ‘sci-fi horror’ and far fetched –  no one saw our current plight on the horizon either and that may have been considered not possible as well to some, obviously not the conspiracy theorists but hey, you know – so sure – flesh eating, brain consuming zombies – ha ha – never gonna happen …. right?

Mind you reality’s a bit scarier…

Which of these 6 have you seen, which ones would you have included in your line up?

Revealing his discovery to the mayor and city officials, Reed is informed that he has 48 hours before the public will be told about a potential outbreak. Joined by Captain Tom Warren (Paul Douglas) and his wife, Nancy (Barbara Bel Geddes), Reed must race against time to find out where the unknown man came from.

34 – It Comes At Night – 2017

36 – Bird Box – 2006

When a mysterious force decimates the population, only one thing is certain — if you see it, you die. The survivors must now avoid coming face to face with an entity that takes the form of their worst fears. Searching for hope and a new beginning, a woman and her children embark on a dangerous journey through the woods and down a river to find the one place that may offer sanctuary. To make it, they’ll have to cover their eyes from the evil that chases them — and complete the trip blindfolded.

Zombie outbreaks are NEVER going to happen … nope not ever … so at least we don’t have to worry about those ………. phew!! But then there are other much graver threats in far reaching horizons …. you know?

Thanks for tuning in.

  1. Older Daughter is a HUGE fan of Walking Dead. Even Ben watches it sometimes. When it became so popular, my contrarian nature took over… I’ve never seen it😂😂 I actually haven’t seen any of these.

Zombieland, Shaun and Resident Evil… good enough for me. Oh, and the 28 movies
