Part 2

The beauty of 1974 was that the music started to get better, this isn’t saying it was all that bad … but ’73’ was not the best of years, but 74 … well that really started to make a name for the 70’s! How about you? Any favourites from this year?

Paper Lace – The Night Chicago Died

Ray Stevens – The Streak

          1. No…my all “free” time I dedicate it to my blog, writing my posts and reading the others…:)…if I decided to start this shop I should be more concentrated on it…I know but…there’s a but that i don’t know what is it for now….I guess I’ll wait for some inspiration 🙂

            1. I have a couple of ideas, but like you l am having my time split in all directions at once. Currently l am tying up loose ends to make things for me easier and then l can start some of these series with more ease.

              1. I think is always better to concentrate only on a few things to do at one time, otherwise in the end if are too many, nothing will come out…at least in my case 🙂

              2. Am looking at your shop now – is it just dinner ware that is being offered? How about if you varied the selection of dinnerware and extended to maybe ‘ napkin holders, cutlery maybe – and ranged out to encompass other things that people use when hosting say dinner parties – and if you have some small wins on your shop as in smaller purchases, this might encourage others to buy?

With dinner ware and sets – most homes tend to only buy one good set and one practical set, not many households have 2 – 3 sets and not everyone has a passion with it. But if you can think of something that is used by everyone all the time everyday and incorporate that to your shop, you might find baby steps equals small sales 🙂

              3. Thank you very much Rory! Yes, actually I am one of those person that I have only one set of dinnerware at home 🙂
However I do love them and since we are only in 2, I use to buy 2 pieces of interesting tableware that I like 🙂 or serving plates…most of the products in the shop are single plates not sets….of course people can buy how many they like 🙂
I do have a few cutlery too, glassware, table decor….
I need to work on it and add some products, the thing is that I guess I’m more focused on the blog than the shop and I don’t do any marketing for it…
Thank you for the suggestions! Very appreciated!

    1. Hey Angie, actually l am quite surprised at just how little l do ache – l expected worse, maybe it might hit me tomorrow – not sure we will see – how is your day so far?

          1. West coast is 8 hours from UK, east coast is 5. I’m actually closer to Sydney, 5 hours difference but they’re 19 hours ahead, its morning for both of us, but different mornings😂😂😂

              1. Well that’s interesting but we have a bunch of fuckwits running the country and the USA doesn’t have —oh wait a minute – well you have better weather then lmao!! 🙂

              2. I just looked it up and apparently, not counting Alaska & Hawaii, it’s closer to 2900 miles (in a straight line) from coast to coast. That’s still 3 time zones though😉

              3. I’ve driven from East to West and back again, it seems a lot farther than that driving it probably because it’s double doing that. 😁 😀

              4. Actually I’m 4 hrs time difference from Rory and as you go North and west it increases. I looked it up a few years ago, Australia is the one that always throw me throw a loop and I can’t get right.
