The Real Neat Award
My thanks to my good friend Kristian of Tales from the mind of Kristian for his gifting of the ‘Real Neat Award’ to A Guy Called Bloke – always received with thanks. I am pretty sure you know of his wonderful creative writing – but if you don’t please do pop over and check his blog out. You’ll not be disappointed.
This is the second time l have received this Award and l remember the first time l received it l had to hunt down the creator and here we go …
The Award itself was created by Dear Kitty in 2014 with the concept of connecting worldwide, blogs and bloggers alike to award their efforts and work within their written works.
The guidelines for accepting the RNB Award are pretty straight forwards – answer the seven [Five in my case] questions posed to you, gift 3 bloggers [should you so wish] and pose a further 5 questions and that is it. So without further ado here we go …
Kristian ‘s Questions
When were you last surprised, what happened?
When a dental receptionist told me l would have to wait ten months for an appointment – l was speechless – which is pretty rare.
If you were to put together a time capsule that encapsulated your life right now, what three things would you put in it?
I think l would l would include a condom, a joke nose and a crushed desktop globe with a small message that simply read “Fuck Nose What Happened To Our World!”
If you could drive in any direction, what direction would you drive in?
The opposite direction to which l was facing.
If you could choose a new name for yourself, what name would you choose?
Would you prefer to live in a world where alcohol was free or where politicians were honest?
I would choose the alcohol, because there is no such thing as honest politicians – they would sell their mothers to you and make up a story about how it was the right thing to do for the betterment of the voter.
What song would you play at a party in order to encourage people to leave?
Who was a really good role model for you when you were a child?
My two teddy bears… pretty sure they were my first two role models – however on the serious side, probably my pet cat Jasmine.
What was one of your really favourite toys as a child and do you still have it?
What makes for a really funny film?
Do you or have you ever walked on paving slabs and tried to not walk on the cracks?
What’s your all time favourite Disney film?
Can you ask yourself one question that you can’t answer? What is it?
Gifting the Award to …
The bloggers l choose are under no obligation to ‘further Gift’ however if you would like to simply answer the questions … then l look forward to reading your answers.
