The worse thing about anger is anger itself – that volatility you try to pretend you simply don’t have except when stress goes through the roof. All l can say is that l am VERY ANGRY at this present time!
Anger is acceptable in therapy terms if it is ‘justified’
My therapist of old would say ‘So Vory is your anger justified?’
“Yes Doc, it most assuredly is!”
Anybody can become angry – that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy.
