Just Wanted To Say
This is a post dated post – the time l have set it to be published is 6.55am UK time. Of recent times, some of my post dated and scheduled posts have not been published. I log in after they should have gone live to discover them still waiting to be published by the scheduler. Well let’s hope this gets published at the right time later on this morning!
Over the last week to ten days l have been self motivating myself to overcome certain obstacles. In the 90’s l used to be a motivational trainer and a confidence builder for management teams – my job was to enthuse managers to perform not just at 100% but much higher. To give their jobs and career their absolute uttermost.
I have been utilising my skills in this department to encourage my mindset to become more focused on developing my business brain but also to overcome other aspects of my life, such as:
1] To give up smoking and really mean it! Yes l am vaping, but l haven’t tobacco in 10 days nor have l had the pangs for it – l am convincing my mind that l do NOT need it.
2] To use mind over matter to convince my body that although l am still in pain with my shoulder, that l do not need to take as many of the Tramadols. I do believe that with the sheer volumes of tablets l have been taking for the last 12 months that they CANNOT be doing my body any good. I do not want nor wish to continue to pump chemicals into my system.
3] Using my confidence and a winning mindset l am training my mind again to hyperfocus on my short term memory to improve its functionality.
The beauty of the mind once you allow yourself to truly believe in your abilities is that it will in turn boost your confidence and increase your powers as well as heighten all your other senses to become more alert. All of us can do this, and we should all try at least to improve our confidences which in turn will allow us to recognise and experience more success and happiness.
Remember this, if you can dream it, you can see it, and if you can see it – you can do it, but you do have to believe in yourself.
