I made a decision the other day and that was to step back in time and follow some of my otherworld advice – in the days when l lused to be a life coach and a motivator trainer – you know the credo of  ‘l can be successful, l will be successful and l am successful!” That  style of thing.

That’s what l have decided to do, is to pull all reserves into action and stop feeling down hearted, no l am not depressed, but l have a great deal of talent and gifts in all sorts of areas, so l am going to utilise them for my own opportunistic positivity!

Take this shoulder for example – well you know, l could wait and wait and bloody wait for the NHS to get their fingers out of their arses, or l could start to think and send positive thoughts my way. Which is what l am doing. I want to cut back on the damn tramadols and l have started to do that literally in the last 48 hours. I was taking 2/3 every four hours or roughly 8 – 10 a day, so l have cut down to 6 a day! Yes, l can feel the pain, but l am strong minding my way through it – l am tired of being unwell, l am tired of letting this get me down – life’s way too fucking short!

Plus Suze bought a strange pillow and it is an odd thing, but it has helped me enormously! So if a pillow or perhaps maybe the right pillow can do so much then with that boosted confidence l can start to think straight again!

I am now officially on Day 5 of no tobacco, and l am not missing it – l think having the right vape mod works absolute wonders at least the Renova Zero doesn’t leak which trust me and ask any ex smoker now vaper what that means!?  Plus l have worked out the right balance of mg tobacco and 0mg flavoured liquid to make it more enjoyable – okay for some reason l am farting a lot, but at least l am not killing myself with direct nicotine! All going well, may be sometime before the end of this year, l will no longer be vaping!

My sleeping pattern is blown to the four corners of the earth! Right well last night l forced myself off to bed at 2.26am, now to those not familiar with my normal sleeping pattern, that is almsot 2 hours earlier than normal and the first time in three months than l have gone to bed before 4.30am! It will take a while for the new bioclock to establish its foothold, but after about a week, l should start to feel very sleepy come midnight! I was up at 7am this morning, and awake by half six, it was a shock to Suze! I had thrown her morning routine out by being awake and chirpy like my older self before my my father took ill! Less tired and l hopefully will be able to get back into my swing of writing again!

The presence within! Well l have awoken my guide and he and l have had a long chat, we are now ready to face whatever is approaching head on – but l need to be healthier mentally, emotionally and soulfully and not tired all the time.

I am changing again, l am evolving, and l am very excited about it all … l can feel my personality shifting again and in a really positive way – good excellent!

  1. Yes! think positive! You can do this. My sleep pattern is shit too lately! I nap where I can, I dont sleep much though! 2 or 3 hours max at a time! If your up now, join the club! xox <3

    1. Ha ha, your’s l think was the very last message l saw before l retired to bed 🙂 Later than l had planned, 3am or something, l had wanted to go to bed by 2.30am, but l was watching Black Water 🙂

    To many many days of no tobacco! You can do it! You can do everything you want, just be positive! 🙂
