  2. Morning Sir. Hope it’s a good one. Henry Ford did have some good quotes. Notice you didn’t have any complications from the Hair Metal era. Going to find one of my old Kerrang complications or just stick on the Final Countdown.

      I feel that you may be getting into a more regular sleep pattern now, are you? obviously from your pattern insomnia is still a big bug bear, but you do seem to be vanishing for longer periods these days 🙂

            1. Indeed, l tend to go for cat naps. The Tramadol no longer knock me for 6 as they did originally, basically because they are only cutting the pain down now by about 505.

              So my insomnia is plaguing me again, and more so because l am usually in pain when l go to bed. So l have to overwork myself to get mentally tired and physically tired, and then l can fall asleep, but like last night or rather early this morning – bed at 3.3am, and up again and 7.15. What l try and do is grab a couple of 15/20 minute snoozes at the desk.

              Surprisingly enough the chair l use enables me to grab a decent half snooze as l have to train my mind to stay straight otherwise l will fall of it ha ha 🙂

              1. Cat naps are surprisingly good at getting a fresh feeling, as 20-30 minutes are miracle worker.
