B] Exercise/Play Time/Adventuring
7] How often do you take your 2 leggeds for a walk?
Whenever I want!
8] Do you do lots of adventuring when out and about?
Yes! I love being taken to the beach and the woods too! I also like the park near my house too!
9] Do your 2 leggeds allow you to talk to other K9’s on your walks or do they huff and puff behind you and urge you to hurry along?
Mummy usually lets me sniff about and do my own thing, we don’t really rush on walks unless its raining and I want to go out and get back home quick! I don’t like rain.
10] Are you allowed to do ‘stuff’ on your walks freely? Do you walk off or on lead?
I’m not allowed off my lead as Mummy says I’m not good at coming back to her…I get distracted easily and forget that she is there hollering for me.
11] Have your 2 leggeds ever embarrassed you? If so how?
Mummy always embarrasses me… she calls me all the silly names she has for me when people come around to my house to see me and she tells me off when I get excited that people are here and I jump up sometimes.
12] Do your 2 leggeds expect you to fetch the ball/toy every time during soft/hard play?
They don’t expect me to but I always do because then they throw it again or I get a treat!
13] Do you have favourite toys and if so, what are they?
I do! I have a kong toy that Mummy fills with peanut butter for me, its very yummy! I also have an old sock of Mummy’s that I run around the house with! I like pretending I’m a horse when I do that!!!!
14] Are you a very much loved K9?
I am! Mummy spoils me lots! Daddy brings me treats when he comes to visit and Grumma and Grampy always give me treats and lots of cuddles! My Uncle always cuddles with me and lets me sit on his lap!
15] Do your 2 leggeds take you away on holidays with them?
Oh yes! I love holidays! Daddy takes me to festivals and I love meeting his friends! And Mummy takes me everywhere with her except this place called Wurk…I don’t know why or what Wurk is…it’s a very mysterious place….
16] Are you given treats? What are your favourites?
I get treats every day! I like all sorts of treats! I have some biscuit things called Markies that come in a yellow box, I love them! And I love these little puppy treats that taste of beef and cheese that Mummy still buys me! They are in a yellow packet! And I really love Jumbones…I like to try and bury them in the sofa!!!
17] Are you fed a nutritional diet and is your food moist or dry or both or even the raw meat diet?
Mummy feeds me dry food because I get a bit of a funny tummy at times…though she puts extras in it like the juice from a tin of sweetcorn or the oil from tinned tuna! Sometimes Mummy makes me boiled rice and chicken or sometimes I have fish!
18] Are you allowed to sample your 2 leggeds food?
Oh yes! Hooman food is yum but there are some things that I’m not allowed as they are toxsick to doggos.
D] Your Personal K9 Stuff
19] Do you have a favourite piece of 2 legged clothing and if so, do they know?
I love Mummys warm pajamas when shes getting ready for Wurk! I even sleep on them when she isn’t around. I also love towels too! Mummy always knows, I think she has eyes all over the place!
20] Do you deliberately play up at times, just to annoy or worry the 2 leggeds?
Oh yes! It keeps Mummy on her toes! My favorite is to wait until its bed time and then when Mummy gets into bed I decide that I want to “play”! Mummy gets up and then I steal her warm space!
21] Do you have a bed or a favourite sleeping place?
I let Mummy sleep in the bed with me. I have a double bed and its far too big for just me!
22] Are you always with your 2-leggeds or do you sometimes need ‘Time out?’
I’m always with Mummy, I like to see what she is doing and keep her company! Plus I get lots of ear scratching and fuss if she can see me!
23] Do your 2 leggeds make you ‘dress up?’ If so, when or what for and do you enjoy it?
Mummy will put me in jumpers and tshirts on occasion and I have a coat to go out in when its cold. I don’t mind, they keep me warm! And she doesn’t do it all the time so I sort of look forward to wearing my clothes!
24] Are you photogenic or make them run after you to capture you on film?
I let Mummy take pictures of me as I’m cute but sometimes I play up and decide that I don’t want my picture taken!
25] Do you have a friendly vet?
I do, though where Mummy takes me I see a few different ones! But they are all nice to me!
26] What would be your pawfect day?
Get up, go into the garden and play for a bit then come in for breakfast (rice and salmon please Mummy!), then a long snooze before a walk, then home and snuggle up on the sofa and watch an animal program on the tv under a blanket with Mummy, then dinner (chicken and rice!!! Yum!) then maybe another snooze before bed time!
Finally, in your own words tell us something about both you and your 2 leggeds that the questions haven’t touched on or asked about – something unique …
Mummy named me Roxy / Roxanne after Roxy Mitchell in Eastenders! I try to act like her as best I can! Sometimes I shout if I can’t get my own way and I sulk too…
