“The words of today are stress, pressure, frustration, anxiety and volacanic anger!
These are not good emotions to have, when all l want is calm! None of these when present are conducive to an active or fulfilling day!

“The mind can go either direction under stress—toward positive or toward negative: on or off. Think of it as a spectrum whose extremes are unconsciousness at the negative end and hyperconsciousness at the positive end. The way the mind will lean under stress is strongly influenced by training.”
I know those words and those feelings all too well. Sometimes I’ll lay on my bed and kick my feet, flail my arms and scream like a toddler having a tantrum. The daughters give me funny looks(you’d think they’d be used to me doing weird stuff) but it does make me feel a little better.
I am sure you do, although l sure this one was more atypical to something Ben might experience sadly, still recovering from the brun out.
I know Ben always feels exhausted and embarrassed after a meltdown.
Take it easy on yourself. Do whatever you need to do to get your equilibrium back.
I know, l know 🙁
