All The World’s a Stage …… Pantomime

So l had this idea .. which was could we carry out a pantomime in a blog of sorts? Where story tellers could create a form of ‘panto’ for the challenge coming up in December? I think we can, but what would our story center around?

I am slowly putting together the ‘committee’ of writers keen to spread the gift of kind over the month of December – currently we number six as you will see below – but l would always welcome some more.

Melanie from Sparks from a Combustible Mind

KK from Finding French Charming

Mel from Crushed Caramel

Britchy of Bitchin in the Kitchen

Teresa of The Haunted Wordsmith

Kristian of Tales of the Mind of Kristian

So if you would like to join our merry and yet wacky cast please drop me a line in the comments section below. You can see with our line-up that we have some truly beautifully weird and wired minds eager to both contribute and make this happen!

Let us know in the comments section below … otherwise it will be down to us and l feel sure that you can imagine what the 7 of us would be like in one room during a brainstorming session! Is brainstorming still a word we can use now, or is it ‘cloud rushing’ or something akin to that?

Last Role Call Who would like to be part of the Christmas Bloggo Panto?

  1. Hey! It’s supposed to be happy, not sad; magical not depressing; and joyful not horrifying…right? So any mention of that orange idiot would be against the theme…. 😛 I’m thinking some Christmas type theme….Nutcracker, Babes in Toyland, something silly with Snoopy and Rudolph and Santa…(or Saint Nicholas)…with a nod to Winter Wonderland and solstice (for the nature people in the crowd). This could get worky…. 😉

  2. I have a play/script somewhere in my e-mails of a Cinderella does X-Factor play we did with some children a while back.
It probably needs tweaking, but I will find it and send it over.
Since we have so many girlies on board and one charming male blogger it might work quite well.
Kristian could be Prince Charming and Finding French Charming could be Cinders.
Maybe Melanie could be Cinder’s Helpful Agent (fairy god-mother) and the rest of us could be trying to compete for Prince Charming’s attention?
