Everyone loves quotes right?

So l figured to introduce a bit of light hearted and simple fun with this game.

Every day l will pick a topic, post 2 quotes and nominate 3 bloggers, who in turn will post 2 quotes on that topic and nominate 3 bloggers of their own.

  1. Sincei you started it and it’s all your fault….HELP! Where are we supposed to get the topic of the day exactly? Do we get one from you, or one from the person who tagged us, then make up the next two, or get all three from either you or the person who tagged us?

    Please let me know, thanks!

    1. Good evening Cherilyn.

321 is the game l created, and what happens is every day l pick a topic and every day l select three bloggers who in turn then pick three of their own nominees but use the same topic. Now whilst l select a brand new topic every day, there is no specific deadline to the ‘topic’, so if as an example you were selected by a blogger on today’s topic which is “Wise Old sayings”, but you didn’t see it say until tomorrow, the topic is still active.

But irrespective of the day or the topic, each day l create a new 321 with a brand new topic and then select three new bloggers.

if you like, tomorrow l will tag you directly as one of the 3 bloggers l choose on the day, and then you are in ‘system’ if you wish, meaning that once every 5,10 days l will select you anyway with a brand new topic.

      Hope that makes sense.

      1. Hm. Okay, I don’t do multiple posts usually, especially daily, my schedule doesn’t accommodate it. I post a total of four times a week, two of which are themed and won’t work for a daily tagging game.

I’m short two topics as it is, first one from the day I got tagged was “Greetings”. I have a post ready to go that assigns this word to three other bloggers, but I am behind on my post for today (this is why I HATE schedules, life happens and next thing you know, you don’t have anything ready to go).

I am going to have to add this as a second post three days in a row which is doable, but I need the next two topics…and I have NO time to hunt for them. Do they have to be in order or can I swipe “Wise Old Sayings” for the next or third? What should be the second topic?

        1. Well all you have to worry about, if that is even the right turn of words is that the topic you have been tagged for by who ever.

The link l have supplied below shows all the topics that l have posted under “You Can Quote Me on That”, but it also shows those that l have reblogged from the bloggers who have played the game.

The tagged blogger only needs to worry about the topic they have been tagged for, irrespective to the day and by who they have been tagged. Greetings as a topic was first created on July 15th and there have been three new topics since then. It doesn’t matter when a blogger completes 321 and since l removed the deadline for the day a few weeks ago, it simply makes it easier for a tagged blogger to respond to their nomination as an d when 🙂

          1. Cool…yeah I saw you re-blog a few, but I only saw Karen post once (I could have missed it, I sometimes wonder if any of us sleep lol).

Okay let me go catch up. At least tomorrow and Friday will be fairly easy. Or wait, no they won’t lol.

  2. I love your quotes, Rory. Even the one in the image “If you’re not barefoot you’re overdressed”… But I can only partially agree coz I am wired for shoe lust!
