You know that THIS Just Has To Be Here – One of the hottest movies of this year!

“Tell me about it Stud!” 1978

Barry Manilow  – Copacabana 1978

Chic – Le Freak – 1978

1978 was a good year for the cinema, but which were considered the very best?

One of my all time favourites!! So very dated now!

Animal House – 1978

Grease 1978

I loved this film! Still do, lol!

Death on the Nile – 1978

But equally as popular were ………

Midnight Express

Dawn of the Dead

The Deer Hunter

Watership Down

Jaws 2

Revenge of the Pink Panther

Every Which Way But Loose

California Suite

Which ones did you manage to catch at the big screen?

Have an awesome Friday Gang!

  1. Wow! I didn’t realize all of that was from 1978. The Elton John video wouldn’t play 🙁 sometimes that happens between UK & US. I thank you for including him. I’ll just go over to YouTube and play a SEJ song.
All those TV shows, Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Mork & Mindy… And the Movies too WOW! Grease is still one of my favorites too.
    Awesome Friday picks!

      1. Age has always been just a number to me as is, my partner whilst she doesn’t openly admit to it, is very conscious of her age, she is 57 this October, and whilst she doesn’t shy away from that, she simply doesn’t like to be reminded. I hit 55 last month, it was just another day, just another year older.

As to my mind, well it’s still pretty young, but getting older as are all of our minds.
