3 Things About Yourself!

In 1991 l was hit by a train in Broadstairs Train station! [That story will appear soon!]

I have a stomach digestive disorder called Chronic Candida Yeast Overgrowth which restricts my diet down to the most basic of food stuffs.

In my late teens to my early twenties l was an active Ghost Hunter!

Answer The Nominators 5 Questions

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?

This is a good question , for me l think l would go back to the dawn of time.

Would you go back in time? To change anything in your life if so what would it be?

Mm, an age old question, but a straight forward answer – No, whilst l would travel back in time, l would not alter anything in my life as l am happy to date with the person l am, and have become. of course we all have regrets, but we learn to live with them. To alter our path means that not only do we alter our path but we alter the path of everyone involved in our lives, and that would be their choices taken from them, and that is not our right.

If you could be an animal what would you choose?

One that doesn’t get slaughtered by human kind.

What is your favourite memory?

I have many, to single one out would be unfair on the others.

What is your favourite food?

Well as bad as this is, l actually genuinely love Pizza, but it doesn’t love me.

My Questions for the Nominees!

How DO YOU fold a fitted sheet?

What is REALLY meant by the phrase ‘Love is in the air?’

What was the weirdest, strangest and most mysterious phone call you ever took or made?

This is a real mystery – would you rather be ugly as sin and live forever or look as attractively sexy as was possible, but die in a year?

Ok, ok, here’s the cliff hanger – you are offered £$/100,000 to eat a bowl of mixed bugs – you know crunchy mealworms, slimy earthworms, buzzing crickets, wrinkly woodlice and moist maggots and the list goes on – would you eat it and be richer or not?

If you see your name on this list of nominations and have received no notification from me,  l have probably been swallowed up by a black hole, but l will get to you in … time!

Additionally, l know many of you love this award like l do because of the questions, should you wish to decline the award but answer the questions, please feel free to do so.

Once again my sincere thanks to rêveuse  for nominating me for the Mystery Blogger Award.

And you were a ghost hunter woww thats too intresting 😍
And your answers are interesting 🧡😊

  2. Congrats! And thanks for the nomination – I just wish I hadn’t been eating as I scrolled past the creepy crawly pic!

  3. You were a ghost buster? That’s kind of awesome! 😃

Thank you for the nomination. Good questions. I’ve got some answers in mind, already!

    1. I know you have, and ghost busting was way overrated, but fun, and not a great place for a clumsy critter like me, way too dark … l probably scared them away!!

  4. It’s always a pleasure to read you Rory, both because you are entertaining and it is nice to get the chance to know you better. You are a very intriguing and fascinating person indeed. By the way I have no stomach digestive problem and I think I would give the bowl of mixed bugs a try.

    1. Bowl of bugs is pretty easy, of course l couldn’t venture down that path now. But many years ago l was challenged to eating one and l did, it’s a matter of the right condiments and you can eat anything 🙂

        1. Exactly, for me it is vinegar, for you as an example it is Ketchup, for others brown sauce, or mustard or French mustard – the secret to eating things that your mind says no to – is condiments 🙂
