I am the same, recently l got all worked up over something and had to take a back seat. But as my IN XS post today further suggests, sometimes l cannot restrain my lack of moderation on things and during these times, l forget to look after my self and my health 🙂 LikeLiked by 2 people You need to set aside time for just “you” Self-care is very important, and you don’t want to burn yourself out. 🙂 LikeLiked by 2 people Absolutely, and l feel sure from reading your blog, that you too know the whole moderation thing very well like me. We forget to ‘set time aside’. I have had so many burn outs over the years, l should learn ………… but …… lmao!
